gaining strength
A few months make a huge difference. My main training circle is getting to be hardly a challenge anymore. When i started riding i used a 1-1 gear to do the huge hills and it took me about 2 hours to make 1 lap getting off the bike 2 -3 times. Today I did the huge hills using 1-2 to 1-3. I can now do 3 laps in one hour and never get off the bike. I love it!!
