source for upright/promenade bars?

I am looking for relatively cheap cruiser/promenade bars with some rise, and some sweep back that will fit a MTB stem. I have been seeing deals on all kinds of bars, but I am hoping for something cheaper than Nittos, which I don't even know if they'll fit the bill. Thanks to all!

Wald also makes upright/cruiser handlebars and they're relatively cheap. Their steel ones are pretty hefty though.
