I am 73 yrs old, have ridden a bike over 40 yrs, this yr I have rode 1174 as of 04/14/03 I ride around 4,000 miles per yr, people tell me they see me place they cannot believe, like 30 or 40 miles from home, My 2nd son rode with me a few yrs, but he is so busy he said he could not find time & he does need to ride, he is 50 yrs old & at least 40 lbs over weight, my wife rode a little but said she did not have the time, a few neighbors have rode a little but say they cannot find the time, I have always made time, just as I found time to work.

From yrs of ridding experience there is no better exercise or more enjoyable sport, on into old age.

This is what I thought in picking an activity that I could continue on in.

I started riding my bike for commuting 18 years ago and I hope to continue until retirement, and continue from there.

You're an inspiration!
