Diamondback Titanium Ti Road bike frame info?

Ok, I just got a Diamondback Titanium frame on e bay. I cant find ANY info on it. The seller said it was made in 2000 but who knows. The serian number was something like dbr....or db.... so it IS a diamondback frame. He painted over the original "nude ti" then I sanded and re painted so nothing left for clues. Does anyone know about Diamondback TI frames? I have also seen Ti mountain bikes. Basically Im looking for a model name or kind of ti 6a/4v or whatever. Thanks for any help!

Don't see anything listed for titanium at the Diamondback roadbike site. Have fun doing the research, you might just want to call the factory.

Good frame from past experience at a Diamondback shop. Problem was road bikes were still in a bit of a down stage in 2000 with MTBs popular. Put some mid-level components on it and enjoy.

Is it a DBR? A few years ago I rode with a guy who had a Ti DBR (Diamondback Racing) road bike. He was a pretty serious racer so I always assumed it must have been a pretty nice frame.

I've got a DBR Vertex, a carbon hardtail MTB. It's a sweet little bike. I no longer ride it but just can't bring myself to part with it

I finally think I have the info I need. It had no decals on it and I think its called a DBR Prevail TT from 1994 3/2.5 ti. My bike is no longer a bastard....now he needs a new name..

Most of the DB Ti frames were made by Sandvik. It's good stuff, and they're still making frames under the label of Titanium Sports.
