BPM and the Gym Bicycle

My girlfriend just made me join a gym. The bicycles are right in front of a TV tuned to the FOX. IF I want to keep up a cadence of 80 rpm what BPM should I be playing on my IPOD? Really, how do they relate.

Thanks. I tried that out today and it was perfect. Time went by much faster and my cadence was not all over the place like yesterday.
