My ideal riding temp would be high 80's or low 90's. We were riding the california coast last summer when they had their heat wave. And it was nice.

high 60's, low 70's is ideal for me.
but as long as there's no snow/ice I can ride in pretty much any temperature.

I said 70s, but I've got no experience going below 40s. Maybe I'd like that too.

I have gone bicycling on days with temperatures as low as 30 degrees. I've gone riding in temperatures as high as 110. However, I voted that I like the temperatures ranging between 60 - 75 degrees because it isn't too cold and isn't too hot.

I've ridden in temperatures from 1F to 105F. It really depends on wether or not there's a shower where I'm going.
No shower -> 40s to 60s
Shower -> 70s to mid 80s
I don't mind sweating, but I don't want to stink all day either. It also depends on what kind of riding, if I'm taking the kids out, it needs to be reasonably warm. If I'm out cruising on a chopper, low rider or tall bike, I want to look cool and jeans and a t-shirt are where it's at.
