The wide wheel base of the trailer would have the tires on the sharp rocks from the track bed a lot.
The paved part is great for the trailer. Keep your eyes open for glass. The overall lenght is longer than the East Bay I think. There is a short dirt section that you can pass on the road and then get back on the pavement. Then it keeps going paved, then ends at the dirt track in Coventry. The state bike maps are free at bike shops and there is a link to a pdf file on the BIKE RI pages. I can get maps for free too.
The maps show the paths very well.
This is Pete on "the trestle" bridge. He did not move but I rode down a side path down to the river for one shot. He's in the middle of the bridge. This is on some of the dirt part.
