Billy,

Sure. I think it would be better in the morning, That's when the driveway is in the shade. I tried taking some pics in the afternoon, but there were too many distracting shadows.

Either "Look down, look down, that lonesome road"
or "Lowrider" (recumbent rider, but it would be the cover by Blues Traveler as it is a hi-racer).

Benzin by Rammstein, especially this part:

Gib mir Benzin

Es fließt durch meine Venen
Es schläft in meinen Tränen
Es läuft mir aus den Ohren
Herz und Nieren sind Motoren

I've a dream, silver dream machine.
Here am I, I'm going for another try,
Flying high, I've got a lot of love inside.
Is there love enough now to get me through?
Yeah, I know now where I'm going to -
Not to lose now but to win;
Tell me, how do I begin?
I've a dream, silver dream machine.
Well, alright, I've got a lot of love to try,
'Cause love is the thing,
And freedom is the word I sing.
Is there force now, yeah, to get us through?
Yeah, it's deep in me and it's deep in you -
Not to lose now but to win,
Tell me how do I begin?
I've a dream, silver dream machine;
Silver dream, silver dream machine.

Is there love enough now to get me through?
Yeah, I know now where I'm going to -
Not to lose now but to win;
Tell me how do I begin?
I've a dream, silver dream machine;
Silver dream, silver dream machine;
Silver dream, silver dream machine.

I started writing this for R600 - to the tune of Mexican Radio

I feel the hair rise on my shoulders
in the mirror I spot some poseurs
So I dial it up quickly and attack
It don't take long to see them crack
I hear the rhythms of the music
I bought the Ipod and always use it
I see my shadow, on the roadway
How can anyone think that I'm gay?

I'm on a mexican bicycle.
I'm on a mexican - whoah - bicycle

Chip, I love it! you must finish it, and record it, make a video clip of you performing it, post it on youtube, and link it to a post right here in this thread.... You just have to

We will all then do a cover of it, make a video and post it as well

"Breakaway" by Basement Jaxx for my Cinelli Unica. This is also my all-time number one get-out-the-door-and-ride-hard song.

Charlie Daniels' version of "Cotten Eyed Joe" for my steel Bianchi roadie that I just ride for fun or commute on.

My other bikes don't like music.

2nd verse

I met a guy in, a yellow jersey,
Had to send him back to his nursery,
Pumped my wattage, through my pedals,
So this guy wouldn't wear jersey medals,
I feel his hot breath on my shoulder,
Holy cow, its hard to drop this poseur,
He asks my name, his is DJ,
I try to ignore him but what does he say?

We should call our band Wall of Poseurs We could sing songs like-
Call of the best
They can't drop me
Bicycle Factory
Lost Poseur
Watts of Love
Look at their kit.
My World

I'm thinking we can rename the song Prospect Bicycle, in honor of Prospect Park.

...On a steel horse I ride,
I'm wanted,
Dead or alive.. Bon Jovi

Unless it's fast downhills, then the tune is "Centerfold" by J.Geils Band
Na na, nananana, na nanana nanananaa...
tempo varries with speed.

And,... as a note, Bob Seger does "Turn the page".
Dire Straits does "Money for Nothin'" ...I want my MTV..
