I had seen an earlier posting but now can't find the proper forum to reply. Anyway 3 weeks ago I placed an order for shoes at TeamCyclist. With shipping charges added the total came to $144. The "Account" page shows the order with an ETA of 7-10 days. To date I have received no email informing me of status or reason for delay. I have tried to communicate with them through their "Service" page but the links aren't working correctly. Is it time to start contacting my bank to reverse the charges....which were made immediately on placing the order?
Anyone know how I can contact them "live"? Anyone else have similar experience?

- just took a quick look at the Web site... personally, i wouldn't order from 'em due to the poor design and lack of a link to contact info w/a physical address on the front page (a canard of good design for an electronic storefront IMHO... one click on nashbar, one click on greenfish, one click on performance, one click on jensonusa, etc. ... you get the idea)... leads me to believe that the seller is simply a middleman with drop shipping directly from a wholesaler... site could be run out of an apartment somewhere...
- btw, flash overlays suck, and aren't a substitute for frames on a commerce site... maybe all right for a PR or ad push, but not when you want to sell something...

I live in the Philippines and aside from 10 hour time difference I am not keen to spend on an international call for what I should be able to accomplish via Internet
