Am I Crazy???

So I want to do the Silicon Valley Tour de Cure this June, but I don't know if I can actually do it. The options are a 25k, 50k or 120k route. I'm currently riding an '06 Raleigh Grand Sport and I commute about 15 miles daily on it. Some days I do closer to 35 miles on it though. What should I do to get ready for something like this? I really want to do the 120k route since I do almost 25k daily. Am I as crazy as my wife would like to believe? Anyone ever done this route before?

If you ride 15 miles a day and up to 35mile a day, you can do a 120k ride right now. The only questionable part is do they have a mph pace that you have to keep? If not, you'll be just fine.

If you want to train, just increase the distance of your rides.

Just take enough breaks and drink enough fluids and eat.
