how to reset a combination lock
 

Ive lost my instructions but I think you can change the combination on some bike locks.

I assume you have to unlock and then pull each ring off and put them back on a certain way. ill show a pic of my lock in a minute.

I have one of those (I think);

1. Unlock the lock and pull out the cable
2. Unscrew and remove the end cap
3. Remove the individual thumb wheels, and replace using the new combo, lining the new numbers up with the red line

That worked. thanks. I also thought maybe u were meant to put it back on 0000 to put them back on but it worked the way ltspd said.
