Specialized customer support?
I got a saddle bag (a small one) from Specialized at a LBS but the zipper broke, after about 2 months useage (didn't even use it that much). Does anyone know how I can get warranty on it? It's a good looking bag, just the zipper sucks major wet dirt.

Take it to the shop, they will call specialized and most likely they will replace it. You could always get somebody who sews to install a new zipper I am guessing.

I thought of that sewing thing, coz then I could put a beefier zipper and prevent this from happening, but my mom's the only one I know, and she's about 1000 miles away. Maybe postage might be worth it ...

Aiite, went back to the LBS like you said. The guy replaced it w/o another question! I then asked him if I could exchange it for a bigger one, he said yes. So I paid a little more (difference) and I got a little larger bag. Specialized may not use the best quality zippers, but their customer support rocks!
