I think it is an OK deal. It sort of depends on your market place. In the rural midwest here, it is hard to come by bikes locally and ebay bikes sell pretty good. I would say that bike is priced pretty close to what it would bring on Ebay.

So if you have few other options and the bike fits, i would say it is a good deal.

Ya...maybe I'll shop around, it retails for over $2,000 so 750 isn't too bad. Maybe I will see if I can get him to drop the price a bit since I will have to drive by car for about an hour to pick it up

I'd say it's a pretty sweet deal. I just paid $900 for a 2005 OCR C3. It only had 400 miles on it and just came back from the shop after being tuned. If the bike fits, I'd jmp on it if I were you.

I would say it is a good deal considering an aluminum OCR 3 is over $600.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Are the 2,000 miles something to be worried about? The owner said he cleaned all of the gears and what not every 250miles. Is there anything I should ask him?

2,000 miles isn't all that much. It could possibly be time for a new cassette and/or chain but that is a pretty inexpensive replacement if so. I would just eyeball it good for damage. You might also just want to ask what service has been done. It might be time for hub packing, cable replacement, etc. in the near future. Still the bike probably is a good deal.
