I'd rather get hit by the motorcycle, all things considered. I don't think that guy's movement after the bus ran him down meant he was OK. OTOH I once saw an SUV pile-drive a kid on a bicycle. The SUV then came to a halt and the driver ran away. I pulled up behind and was the first one to look under the vehicle. There, perfectly pinned between the two front wheels, was the kid. He was bruised but otherwise OK. If he'd been one inch to the right his feet would have been crushed. One inch to the left and he would have been scalped or worse. I had to keep his idiot father from trying to jack one side of the SUV up with some crappy little hand jack and yank him out. I could picture the whole damn thing coming back down on father and son as he tried to yank the kid free. As the kid wasn't bleeding, the best course was to simply leave him until the parameds came with proper equipment. But try telling that to a parent!
