SPD pedals?

Are these pedals SPD compatible? http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?c...pless%20Pedals

I'm comparing them to these:

YES.

Check eBay. Some cheap deals on SPD pedals.

Get a pedal that has SPD clip on one side, and regular pedal on the other. Useful for when you take your SPD feet off your SPD pedals.

I've read a lot of reviews on the Nashbar Rodeo peddles and most say they dont like them.

I had the Nashbar Rodeo pedals and hated them. For an inexpensive SPD pedal, look at the Forte' Carve pedal from Performance.

You will get the most bang for your buck at bike swap meets. This year, at the Seattle swap meet, one seller had NOS single side & double side SPD pedals for $1.00 a set! I picked up a couple sets & there were lots left for others. Don
