Hi,
I'm stuck between these two bikes. I found the conquest for like $400 ($300 if i pick up tomorrow!) and may win a bid on a poprad for $550. The Conquest is yellow so I don't know what year it is and the Poprad is a 2006. I have been infatuated with the Poprad so I need an outside perspective for a judgment call (of course it's ultimately my decision). But I value your opinions and benefit from your input. Which is the better bike overall? Pros and cons for both? Please help, I need to make a quick decision and really appreciate all of your perspectives. I've learned more about bikes in the past three days on this forum than I have elsewhere at anytime (to be fair I never did much research before here). But still! Thanks for the help!

Boy, if you're getting nearly current model bikes for ~40% of new price, you can't go wrong with either. The condition of each would play a much bigger role than the make in my book.

Gorntastic!
My friend has a Conquest in my size so I've ridden it. I'd take the Poprad instead.
A conquest for $300 isn't a bad deal if you just need something to ride.
