Please help me identify this bike frame!

Hi! I own the bike in the pictures below since 1995 when I was ten years old, so I've rode it 12 years and it still works fine, necessitating minor adjustments. I've never seen a frame like this since then. I've searched the internet and found nothing. The frame is aluminum with a very intelligent design that enables you to carry it by the chain stay, which is unconventionally attached to the down tube (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:A...ed_bicycle.jpg to get a clear image of what i mean), just like a briefcase. Could you please help me identify this type of frame and the manufacturer. I live in Romania and I've bought it used from my uncle that used to bring worn bicycles from Germany.
