There is, loose 5 pounds of extra body weight. Cost = zero $$$

Down 22 pounds since May 1. 14 more and I'll be at my right weight which I haven't been for 26 years. No between meal snacks and no fattening desserts; no cost.

Cable locks are bad? Seriously I gave up using the blasted U shaped thingy because it was so d*^#! unwieldy. Another strategy is my rusting frame and milk carton attached to the mudguard to deter thieves.
