Maybe customized or semi custom, but not a full custom. It is a little bit confusing.

Custom, without any other qualifier, to me means a frame built by an individual framebuilder who builds it taking into account my body proportions or measurements and my preference as to use (ie. touring, sport riding or brevet, racing). It's not custom if it has a production frame. You or I deciding what components are hung on it does not make it a "custom".
