Selling/Using parts off of broken frame

I have a mountain bike that has a cracked head tube. I assume I can safely sell/use most of the parts from the bike, but what about the fork? Should I try to use it if it looks okay, or just recycle it with the rest of the frame? Thanks.

Also, it is a softride bike. Is the softride bar still ok to use? Thanks.
