Incomplete serial numbers?
Should there be a law that says It is against the law to have a Incomplete
serial no. on your bicycle.That way the police would know whats going on better?Should be subject to a fine and still allowed to keep bicycle.What else can you do?

Considering that reading the serial on a bike often involves peering closely at parts that usually face the ground, do you suppose many police will routinely check said numbers? What do you hope to accomplish?
