I have a Topeak Joe Blow Pro floor pump that stopped working properly after a year and a half. The pump head, when placed over the presta valve, let all the air out and thus would not pomp up the tire.

I filled out a trouble ticket online on their web site and in less than a week received a new replacement head for the pump at no cost to me.
