Double Metric 6 hrs 40 min
Yesterday I completed my second ever double metric century ride. I completed it in 6 hours 40 minutes of ride time. I ended up averaging 18.9 mph. It could have been better if the wind hadn't been as bad on the return trip. Not too bad considering I did a century ride the previous weekend. I tell you it feels good to complete a ride like that!

We left around 6:30 and I got back around 2:00. There were six rest stops total. I didn't try to stay at the rest stops longer than about about 10 to 15 minutes.
