Where do I get this version of Velocity Deep Vs?

Saw these - and while they might not look good on every bike - I'd like to get them for one of my bikes.
Looking for just rims and/or complete wheelset.

So - where to find this version (graphics)?

I have never seen then available with those huge stickers. I would email velocity. I assume it is older production stuff or possibly after market stickers.
