Sweat or lack thereof
I realized recently that I don't sweat much. My hair does, but my face doesn’t. It gets really red and the skin throbs. My arms don’t sweat either, they get prickly. In spin classes this winter, I couldn’t get past the warm-up without having the fan turned on. Actually outdoor ridding is tolerable because the wind passes over me. I get embarrassingly red when I workout. I’ve had people think I was going to pass out.
I do drink enough water.
Do I need to go to the dermatologist or my regular Doctor?

assuming your insurance or pocket will afford it, i'd go to your regular doc and get a referral. it's always nice to have your medical providers in the same loop.

I'd go to the regular doctor first.

Sounds like it could be rosacea. Check with your dermatologist, but realize that not all of them are very knowledgeable about it.
