Cane Creek shows great customer service
I had been happily using your SCX-5 Cantilever Brakes for about 4 months and they had remained maintenance-free ever since. However, yesterday, a spring from a front caliper arm failed. It simply snapped. I was surprised as I had been taking good care of the brakes and making sure they didn't get too gunked-up or dry.
Anyway, I called them today and they are sending me a new front brake. Awesome! No run-around, no B.S., no problem! Awesome!
