check manufacturers website?

not sure of manufacturer. it was a cheap steel stem that came on an entry level mtb.

Usually its from center to center....so center of the handle bars to center of the fork tube

If its on the bike, get on it,look down and measure the above

If its off the bike in your hand measure the same way just pretend.....center to center

"Usually its from center to center....so center of the handle bars to center of the fork tube".
That measurement is the reach of the stem.

height/angle/reach (or length) are the three measurements of a stem. Those are the traditional terms.

That's right....and the method of measuring the length or reach is as above....Replace it and enjoy your riding
