I has photos now :)

Greetings all.

If anybody is interested, the photos from my recent tour can now be viewed here .

I haven't uploaded the ones from the Border Ranges yet, because they are on a different film that I have yet to use up.

that is all.

Great photos Chris. Scenery looks great. We lived near Sydney for a couple of years in the 60's (I was at Primary School) but unfortunately can't remember much of Oz.

My folks are planning a reminiscence trip this year tho'

Great pictures Chris!

Beats north Georgia (USA), and that takes some doing.

You've always said you liked hills, and biking in terrain like that for fun certainly proves it

Well, I'm nowhere near Sydney. If they get some time, they might want to pay a visit to South Queensland.

In all seriousness, there are lots of places I would have liked to do some mountainbiking if I'd had more time.

GHAD I'm jealous! Awesome scenery, thanks for sharing.

Here in western Canada the natural scenery comes pretty close.
Planning a tour this summer myself to discover it all.

Ahh, the Brisbane hills ride. Who could ever forget that? I'm not sure what the grade of that particular one was. I'm told some of them exceeded 30%

A bike is definitely the best way to do it. A lot of non-cyclists I know often try to talk down the scenery of South Queensland (and Australia generally). Of course, it couldn't possibly just be their mode of travel could it?

Pretty much, I didn't have the money to go anywhere by plane, and I had to come back and go to work in the middle of it to fund the rest of it.
