Panasonic Sportiff

On craigslist someone is offerring a panasonic sportiff. I know that panasonic made pretty nice bikes during the 80's but can find nothing on this model. The asking price is $70. Any info on this bike model would be appreciated.

I just read that panasonic would do custom paint on the bike. So the person might be thinking the model is "sportiff" just because it is painted on the top tube.

I appreciate you posting the link. I had already visited that site and looked through all the catalogs with no luck finding this model.

I have already searched the web to get info on the bike of course. Posting here was a last resort.
