What are these Red Stars I'm seeing?

I see some people have red stars beside their names. What do the represent?

These are donating membrs, theres a few members left that dont have them however... I will soon link the star's to a page about the donations, and how others can donate

I was going to use pink nipples, but some may have taken that the wrong way... and that was so 80's
