Kudos to all mechanics

Yesterday my clubs mechanic upgraded my bike to 105 cranks and an ultegra rear der. and ran new cabling. Thus, i have a new found admiration (sp?) for all of you that can take a bike apart with blinking By watching I learned a TON and now i think i can do all the big stuff but i think it will still take me two+ hours to adjust my der's

Now, all i need is a DA Front Der. and I'll have a true mutt of a bike

hmmm... now there hast to be one on ebay.............
