Even better news...turns out all of the jerseys were in the box. I will be packaging tonight and tomorrow and maybe doing some shipping tomorrow...otherwise they will go out on Monday via USPS priority mail. So everyone look for their jerseys next week.

Yay!! (Don't forget that you can stick the first one I ordered for me and the second one I ordered for Cheri in the same package)

Well I have bad news for some...I have about half of the jerseys packed up and ready to go...the other half? I have a bunch of wrong sizes and wrong zippers and missing sizes.
I placed this order from work so I don't have the files I sent to Champ-Sys here to see if this is their error or my error. Sorry to those that are held up whether is it my fault or not.
Once I know what happened I will post again.

Ok so here is what it loks like right now: Those that ordered BF1 jerseys...the old design...that order seems to be right though I do have questions out to two members confirming zipper length.
The BF2 order on the other hand looks just about completely ****ed. 4 of 15 are right. Of the remaining 11 I have 5 of the right size and cut but with wrong zipper length. And of the other 6...nothing. I have a hard time believeing this was my error...I swear I double checked it but maybe I got EVERYTHING in the wrong column? For instance I need 1 small womens jersey with a full zipper (yea Chipcom that is Cheri's)...I have 3 Women's cut jerseys a Med and 2 XLs the Med is full zipper the XLs are a short and a long. I don't have any other orders for women's cut jerseys that aren't filled. I need 3 club cut XL jerseys all with long zippers...I have 1 XL club cut and it has a full zipper. I need a XL race cut with a short zipper and I have a L race cut with a long zipper.
Tomorrow I will check the order I submitted.

Ok gang here is the deal...it isn't my fault. Thank God. So they processed the BF2 or new design with the same order form as the BF1 (old design) jerseys. I checked that I in fact sent them 2 different forms and that they were clearly labeled...I did and they were. This means only 4 of the BF2 jerseys were correct...mainly because of the few that ordered both styles and one by dumb luck. This also means I was charged for and received a jersey that wasn't ordered.
So I have contacted Champ-Sys and am waiting on their reply as to how they are going to fix this SNAFU. I will post here when I know something.
At this point I am going to send out all the BF1 jerseys (other than people who ordered both styles) and will hold the BF2 jerseys as I may have to return them...plus I was asking half the people if they would accept a wrong length zipper. So we will get this all worked out...but it will take a couple more weeks I am sure even if they rush the order.
Thanks for your patience.

If it makes it easier, if zipper length is the only issue, it's no biggie for Cheri or myself. A zipper is a zipper is a zipper.

No it is all ****ed for you. Your jersey is right just by dumb luck...the closest for Cheri would be a Women's Med. This is all on Champ-Sys and I am sure they will make it right but I am also sure it will take a few weeks. Sorry for the delay.

Well, she doesn't even know she's getting a jersey, so she doesn't even know about any delay.

OK latest update. Just got off the phone with Champ-Sys...they are not sure how it happened but agree this is their fault. They are going to reprocess the order and expedite it...I will have a better idea of the delivery of the reprocess in the next 48 hours I was told.

If I lose some more gut it should work. I ordered clubcut instead of race for more relaxed fit, but its still a very small cut down by stomach. Glad I didn't get racecut. It will give me a goal to fit in to my new shirt, looks great though.

Hmm I wonder if they tagged it wrong or something...the club cut I used to wear was pretty big in the belly area.
Good goal though...you can get there I am sure. I went from the XL club cut at the begining of this year to the XL race cut now. The whole thing is cut tighter for sure but having lost 25 lbs it fits nicely.

LOL yea the only reason you were about to receive both at the same time was because you ordered both (I did as well which almost makes me feel bad...but there wasn't even someone who ordered the same as me I could give mine to).
As an update to those that ordered the BF2 jersey, I just heard from Champ-Sys who said they are in printing and they are doing their best to expedite the process. I asked what sort of time frame that might mean and am waiting on that answer.

Ok so the word from Champ-Sys is "about three weeks" for the reprint. Thanks for your patience.

I actually had mine delivered my work address in Manhattan. I suppose it could have spent a day or two in the mail room before it got to me.

Priority was supposed to take 2 days to everyone...I shipped all of the BF1s on 10/7 with the exception of one that slipped through the cracks...and he got his before you did.

The good news: The BF2 reprints have arrived at my home.
The bad news: I am in Austin, TX for the Livestrong ride. When I get home on Monday I will pack these up and hope to ship them out on Tuesday...Wednesday at the latest.

Ok latest update. I am home from Austin and the jerseys are here. Big bonus I got what I ordered this time. This evening my wife and I packaged them up and tomorrow I will get to the post office and get them sent out.
Thanks to everyone for their patience, you should have your jersey by the end of the week (if the USPS has their act together).
