Advice on Novara, Trek, or Giant

I have previously purchased mountain bikes in the past only to realize that I dont really do any mountain biking. I prefer to ride 20+ miles on predominantly flat dirt trails with some exceptions. I decided to look at many different bikes more designed to fit what im looking for. Some of the main features im interested in are front shocks(preferably with lockout), a comforatable saddle preferably with shocks as well, a ride that will be good on pavement as well as some rougher trails with good speed and comfort, among some other features. The main three bikes that I liked was the Novara Corsa (or even the Novara Forza), the 2009 Trek Navigator 3.0, and the Giant Sedona or Cypress. Hopefully someone could offer some insight on which of these bikes are the best or if there are any other bikes that I should look at.
