Denim Printed Lycra Cycling Shorts

i've been searching and searching and i can't seem to find them. i know they exist b/c we sold them at the shop i worked at back in 99/2000.

but i can't seem to find them on the internet.

anyone know what i'm talking about? bike shorts made to look like acid washed jeans?

anyone know where i can find them? it's for a team kit.

I've only seen them worn once. Please, please re-consider.

Just because someone sold them 8 or 9 years ago, doesn't mean they are made now. I've never been able to buy the same kind of shoe twice in a row, for example.

Why not? sounds like a good idea. Casual yet functional.

Just as functional as normal shorts, but far, far uglier.

Lycra clings. Denim does not cling. Denim-printed lycra is going to look like ... denim-printed lycra.

Why bother? I suspect you would do far better to wear baggy MTB shorts, or wear ordinary lycra, and then put some baggy shorts over the top of them. Those shorts can be denim if it makes you feel better.

If you are able to find and purchase them, you are required to post a picture of the team all wearing them.
