How Many Days Per Week are You on Bike?

I always feel guilty when i miss a day on the bike due to conflicts or weather. How often do you find yourself on a bicycle?

Sorry, this was supposed to have a poll but it didn't work.

Every day it doesn't rain or I'm not traveling. So I usually ride 6 days/week, if the weather cooperates.

I don't mind an occasional day off due to bad weather, but I do get antsy if I "lose" two days in a row.

4 days a week is all I can muster right now - 2 rides on the weekend and 2 "lunchers" during the week. I do spend a lot of time looking at the bikes though...

7 days a week, unless my family has something planned. I ride to school everyday and on saturday I usually ride around with my friends and sunday is my "serious" ride where I actually get some exercise.

I try to commute 5 days. (6.6 miles one way)
I also try to get in longer rides on the weekend. (roadie or MTB)

I try to get out 5-6 days per week whenever I'm not travelling. I usually take Monday as a day off, unless I'm feeling particularly energetic.

Always get in at least 1 decent ride on the weekend (25 miles +), 2 rides if I don't go skiing.

I commute 3-4 days per week when possible. When in town, almost always Tues-Thurs, and Fri if I'm not flying out the next week and can leave my laptop at work.

Everyday. If, for some reason, I miss a day, I start getting edgy and bad-tempered.

Just about every day. Many times not much more than the 10 miles required just to get to and from classes, but at least I'm on the bike. I still haven't quite got all the rain gear I need - rainy days tend to minimize my riding time.

Six or seven days a week. Usually six, the seventh is spent lazing around home and working on bikes... the weather should be nice this sunday, so I can work on bikes on the front porch. Ah, spring.

Wow. You all are on your bike a lot. I usually go on a long ride on Sat. (50-85 mi. depending on time of year) Short family ride on Sun. afternoon and one afternoon during the week (50-60 mi) depending on work/weather. These past three weeks, it's only been one day a week-I'm ready for Spring.

I guess I'll get this question out of the way since someone will eventually ask it? I hear it all of the time.... "Don't you work?"

5 days now and 6 during the racing season. I try not to get too bent out of shape if I miss a day avery few weeks. I take advantage and do something recovery related like chase my kid around the yard. Recovery is important too.

This time of year I try to ride at least three to four times per week for at least and hour and a half. When pulling my kid I settle for an hour.

I only get the opportunity to do long rides about once per week but have been lazy lately. 55 miles has been my longest ride this year but I was pulling the cart.

Well, I was doing about a ride a day of about 20-50 miles depending on the time I had. But then I got a temporary job formatting computers. So, for now It's only weekend rides for me. But the weather is getting better, and it's staying lighter longer so I'll be able to ride after work in a few weeks

4-6 depending on the weather and to some extent my schedule. I force myself to take at least one day a week off and I try for 2. I feel best if my schedule and the weather let me take wednesday and sunday off. My training schedule works out better that way too.

I would like to ride everyday.. My average with my work schedule! (12.5 hour shifts) 3-4 days a week..Usually 3 recreational rides and one commute to work..
Of course, I commute to work solely on PM shift. So figuring that, should one continous ride be consider two days ? Considering that, I might ride some weeks - 5 days?
