I bought something from them once: I think it was the Niterider MiNewt X2 Dual headlight for my commuter bike. They had a lower price than anywhere else I could find. The transaction went smoothly without a hitch. I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't buy from them again...other than the fact that I'm already getting too much junk mail from Excel Sports, Colorado Cyclist, PBK, Competitive Cyclist, BeyondBikes.com, Performance, Nashbar, and Terry...

Same here. I bought some levers. They arrived quickly, no problems except I know get an email from them every so often. I could probably opt out, but never have.

I bought 2 items in one order (jersey and something for the bike-can't remember). The jersey was too small and I didn't care for the quality so I returned it with no problems.

Ditto here.

My seatpost was backordered and didn't ship for 10-12 weeks. At no point did the web site indicate it as being anything other than in stock. Customer service knew better and told me it was backordered.

I may or may not order from them again. It depends on the deal as I refuse to believe they will ship it promptly.
