No pic! I imagine it involves alot of bicycles. One thing to be said about China, alot of people commutes by bike. On the same note, there are rumors at work that our department (code enforcement) may start using bicycles for inspectors that want to use them. How cool would that be? I instantly let my supervisor know that I was agreeable to this plan if it happens. Some city departments already use bicycles (police and parking enforcement) why not us too? The rough draft of the plan is to drop inspectors off in their assigned areas, let them do their day's work and pick them up at the end of the shift or when need be. Hell, I could ride from the office out to my assigned area. Anyway...
