Anyone familar with Spin Bikes and if the saddles on them can be switched out?

Anyone familar with Spin Bikes and if the saddles on them can be switched out?
I have a medical condition that requires me to use a special bike seat if I am to bike and I have been using this seat:

It's very ugly and isn't all that conducive to races or practical riding but it works for me and my needs.
I'm looking into getting a cheap spin bike for my home for the winter, but I don't if a standard spin bike would be able to change saddles.
I've been looking at multisports enc-200 endurocycles or possibly a cheap used one off ebay. I've asked several sellers on ebay and even called multisports to ask if changing saddles was an option but I have not been given a definitive answer.

Why not get a trainer so you can ride the bike and saddle you have?
If you don't want to pay for a new one, they're always on craigslist or ebay.

If the spin bikes you're thinking of are the same as those in the classes ... no you can't change them out.
