Tennis & Cycling

I am having trouble combining the two. If I cycle one day I am too sore to play tennis the next day. They are both dear to me any suggestions? On a tennis note if you want to see an unbelievable young player you have to check this out

Bicycling shouldn't make you that sore. If you've done it a lot, then cut back on miles. If you're new to it, probably just keep doing the same thing and you'll get over the soreness. Assuming it's muscles being tired that's sore- if it's seat problems or something, that's different.
