New Park Tool work stand - sort of cheap!
Got a new Park Tool work stand, the 180 dollar model pc4? The one lower from the top of the line model 5. Anyways, the thing is sort of cheap, nothing like a shop stand, which it states has the same type durability? Pop my bike in and the clamp is not level, as if my 18 pound litespeed is pulling the stand forward, so now I need the unit to keep the front wheel for turning right on me? It much better than nothing, but for 180 bucks, I expected it to at least - not lean when my bike is in the clamp!

Wow, have you called the folks you bought the bike from? I understood the PCS-5 to be a very strong, sturdy, dependable stand.
Now I'm scared... I'm supposed to be ordering my stand tomorrow, and I'd planned on getting the PCS-1. Koffee |

A shop level Park single arm is around $400 and that is with out the sixty pound base plate, another $100 plus getting it shipped. The less exspensive stands do OK considering the bike hanging off it often weighs more than it does. I like my PRS-5 for its portability and durability.
