Yakima Stickup?
 

Hi,

Anyone have any first-hand experience with this rack? Issues? We lost a rooftop rack as a consequence of having our car stolen. Got the car (2006 Honda CR-V) back, but the roof is high for loading/unloading bicycles, esp. for my riding partner and wife. I've also had nightmares about obliterating the fleet pulling into a garage or low overhang. The stickup looks secure and adaptable to lots of frames -- worth the inconvenience of unloading bikes whenever the gate's got to open. We carry fenders on our tourers, so the toptube clamp seems like the best solution.

Please convince us that we're wrong. Thanks!
