Looks kinda like an older Giro Eclipse or maybe a Trek helmet.

I'm pretty sure it says Trek on the side. How about finding a helmet that fits comfortably first and is a pretty color second?

Much of the design reminds me of my Trek Vapor helmet. I'm guessing that's it and it's an older one. Current production has the lettering more hidden - but in the exact same area I see something written on the one in the photo. The rear suspension-system looks the same. And it looks like the same red Trek uses. Mine is red.
Vapor's are very nice helmets. Very comfortable and lightweight.
