beach cruiser forum?

Hi, I'm new to the forums and was wondering if there was a sub-forum in here about beach cruisers. I've been trying to search but can't find one. Can someone direct me where to go please? I would greatly appreciat it. Thanks.

I doubt that there's enough interest in beach cruisers to create a new sub-forum. If anything, you may want to post or search in the "Recreational and Family", "Utility Cycling" or "Singlespeed & Fixed Gear" subforums.

No cruiser specific forum. This one is probably the best for your purposes. Your questions also might fit the Singlespeed & Fixed Gear forum but it is 98% fixie folks, some of whom occasionally show their young age in their responses to others posts. Can be a bit rough at times. I have also seen cruiser related posts in the Bicycle Mechanics, Utility Cycling and Classic & Vintage forums. All depends on the subject and your best judgement of where to place it.

I suggested a Geared Hub forum too and the responses indicated that some members felt that there were too many forum divisions already. Most such posts go to the Commuting, Bicycle Mechanics and C&V forums.

oddly enough I just made a rack and panniers for my beachcruiser. These bikes have a very well designed frame.

The forum "Recreational and Family" covers this type of bike really well already.

Yep, my GF rides one every day and I take it 1 or 2 Fridays a month and do a little shopping after work. Fun ride and with 7-speeds, it's pretty versatile and reliable. MTN bikes and Cruisers is what I mostly see on the streets and local campus', so don't feel out of place if there isn't a 'beach cruiser forum'. Just post in the "Recreational & Family" forum.

I don't ride a "beach" cruiser, but do ride an industrial cruiser. I usually skim through a number of the forums here, and if you'll notice, many of them are not really specific to one style of bicycle. For questions specific to beach cruisers, family and recreation would probably be the best suited.

Most threads about beach cruisers are probably in the Recreational & Family forum or the Southeast Regional subforum or the Southern California Regional subforum. There may be a few in the General Cycling forum.
Go to those forums and do a search for "beach cruiser".
