Help! I am in love with Brigitte Bardot..on a bicycle
It happened one recent evening.
I stumbled upon the movie And God Created Women
It is a 1958 film with Bridgitte Bardot.
In the film, a young Bridgitte Bardot floats all around a sea-side small town on her powder blue bicycle driving all the men crazy.
Now, I am in love with 1958 Brigitte Bardot.... on a bicycle.
Am I the only one? If you haven't seen this movie, DON'T. It will keep you awake at night with visions of Brigitte Bardot... on a bicycle.
I am having a "Pictures of Lily" moment circa The Who:
Pictures of Lily made my life so wonderful
Pictures of Lily helped me sleep at night
Pitcures of Lily solved my childhood problems
Pictures of Lily helped me feel alright
Pictures of Lily
Lily, oh Lily
Lily, oh Lily
Pictures of Lily
And then one day things weren't quite so fine
I fell in love with Lily
I asked my dad where Lily I could find
He said, "Son, now don't be silly"
"She's been dead since 1929"
Oh, how I cried that night
If only I'd been born in Lily's time
It would have been alright

That's funny, because I was about 13 when that movie was made and I thought Bardot was the hottest woman EVER. Haven't thought about her in years, but last night I was diddling around on the computer and did a Google Images search for her. She's looking a little rough these days (she's almost 75), but back in the day....

Anyway, what really caught my eye was Brigette Bardot in the movie And God Made Women where she rides her bicycle all over town. What a lovely sight that is. She just floats around like an angel. Is there anything more lovely than a pretty girl gliding along on a bicycle? Man alive.
