Suggestions for cycle computers

I am looking for a cycle computer and having trouble finding the right one.
First I would like it to have a large speedometer display (Forest Preserve Police give tickets), second I would like it to not be wirless and third I absolutely need it to be lighted, I ride at night a lot and hate trying to stare at my computer and figure what it is reading.
Any suggestions would be greaty appreciated.
Thanks,
Jason

How much are you willing to spend? What other features are you interested in? Why the aversion to wireless?

There are many computers that fit those criteria except the lighted display. The few I know are the CicloSport CM212 and the Campy ErgoBrain but to really take advantage of the ErgoBrain, you need a pretty much entire Campy setup. My suggestion would be to pick a computer from CatEye, Sigma Sport, CicloSport, Topeak, Planet Bike, etc... and then get a Sigma Sport Computer Night Light that attaches to your handlebar via a rubber strap and shines down onto the computer display.

I had one of those Sigma sport lights before and it moved around going off of drops, and it adds in another thing that sticks up and will get broken when I inevitablily huck the bike. I should of prefaced with saying I ride trails and downhill mostly.

Check out the CicloSport computer then. Be warned that it will run through batteries pretty quickly when using the backlight. If you're riding trails at night, why not consider wearing a helmet mounted light. Also, I hope you're not staring at your computer when you're hitting that 6-foot drop.

Cool thanks!
I don't hit many tough trails at night, but there are some nice trails with a 12mph speed limit, and I have gotten a ticket on it
