God How I miss em.
Performance and Nashbar send out half hearted ones but 99% requires going on line.
Colorado Cyclist offers a fair one.
But..I miss the thick 100 page jobs from Bikecology and Nashbar and Palo Alto Cyclist.
The kind you could soak in the tub paging thru after a long ride.
