I'm a dog person! I have two Alaskan Malamutes I am absolutely stupid for. Unfortunately, my older Malamute has just been diagnosed with canine lymphoma =( I'm heartbroken
But I love dogs, especially Malamutes. I also like big cats (one of my tattoos is of a tiger)

Alaskan Malamutes have got to be one of the most awesome dogs. Im looking for a local breeder for Malamutes or Siberian Huskies, but havent had much luck yet...

Thank you for your kind sentiments on my dog. I love Malamutes, they are wonderful dogs but not for the first time dog owner. I guess I would be biased by telling you to go with a Mal rather than a Sibe. Sibes are so hyper, they drive me crazy. Plus, Mals are big and cuddly; Sibes (generally speaking) are racing machines--lean and nervous.
