i twisted my changer`s screws of my trek 2300
can nething be done except changing the frame :( |
I'm guessing that you mean that you have a bent derailleur hanger. Is this correct? If so, I believe that it is replaceable, since aluminum can't be straightened.

How old is the frame? Newer Treks have a hanger that bolts to the frame. If your's is older and not replaceable, you can always have your LBS install a Heli-Coil or other thread repair kit.

I am going to guess you bent your rear derailer. This can easily be replaced. My suggestion though is to take it into a bike shop and have them look at it. If you can get us some pics or figure out the correct terminology to describe what is wrong we might be able to help a bit. |
