WHAT frame is this ... Please help
 
Hi i have just bought this frame ... and i am not sure what brand it is and would really like to know more about it. The bottom Bracket shell has a V cut out of it and the serial number is CO 0343

Not sure of who the manufacturer would be, but based on the drop out design it looks like a track bike frame. You might want to post a link in that forum as well.

I'll take a wild guess and say Viner. Instead of, or in addition to the track forum, I would post it on classic/vintage. I'll bet they would know it.

Definitely a track frame. It looks too Japanese to be a Viner, though. Maybe Vivalo? Is there anything stamped on the dropout faces (i.e. "CAMPAGNOLO" or "SHIMANO")? What threading is the bottom bracket shell?
