for all interested, this is a great website for training purposes, or just to keep track of your routes. The basic package is free and if you register all your info, it will allow you to map your rides on a streetmap of your area. It will calculate the distance ridden and by plugging in the time of the ride, etc., it will calculate the average speed of your ride as well as the calories burned. Lots of good info for no cost. For what it's worth, I use it religiously.
